Data is processed to respond to enquiries, prepare a customer relationship and handle service requests. Processing is based on consent or the controller’s legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry addressed to it.

Enquiry data is retained only for as long as required to handle the matter, maintain a possible customer relationship or meet legal obligations.

5. Data disclosures

Data is not sold. Data may be processed by technical service providers used by ICT-IDEA Oy to the extent required to handle the enquiry.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing and withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to the controller by email.

7. Cookies and technical data

The website does not use marketing or analytics cookies. Technical session cookies may be used to protect the contact form.
